This Ridgecrest estate dry Riesling is beguiling in its youth with the showy character of a Riesling with much more bottle age. The wine is not completely dry, giving it wonder aromatics of spiced pear, petrol, and spicy cardamom. The palate is rich, redolent and marked by baked apple, cinnamon and more of that delicious spiced pear.
