Fermented in old wooden tanks, then matured in stainless steel. It has an expressive grapefruit nose with pear, nectarine and a floral lift. Generous on the palate, it has bright acidity and a fresh mineral touch on the long finish. It's a powerful wine, with a slightly oily texture that contributes to the mouthfeel and length. It could only be from the Rhône.
