Sourced from ‘grapes grown in plenty of sunshine’ - hence 'Solaris' - this is aged on lees for six months. It has a yeasty and mineral nose on top of apple and citrus aromas. Savoury and textured on the palate, it displays white pepper spices on top of depths of lime juice and apple, which last through to a saline finish.
