Dark cherry compote, stewed blackberry, dried rose and hints of bacon. Sweet dark berry juice and prune on the palate, seasoned with vanilla and a touch of black pepper. Soft palate with good acidity to balance. Easy-drinking red that can be enjoyed chilled.
