Christian Thorsholt Jacobsen is a partner and sommelier in two small wine-focused bistros, Anarki & Mêlée, in the Frederiksberg neighbourhood of Copenhagen.

Before opening his own restaurant in 2015 he was a sommelier in various restaurants in Copenhagen & London.

Besides working the floor, he is also a competitive sommelier; Christian is twice Danish national champion and the Nordic Champion.
