Andrew Jefford

Tasting: Western Australia Chardonnay

Pale green gold in colour. Clean, with a softly varietal character, but slightly heavy and tanky. Simple, clean, acid-led flavours, but doesn’t have the resonance and purity you hope for.

Roger Jones

Tasting: Western Australia Chardonnay

Savoury nose, lovely balance, somewhat St Aubin style with great minerality, precise fruit, and hints of creamyness, but a lovely clean crisp finish, leaving a soft delicate taste making you go back for more.

Alessandro Marchesan

Tasting: Western Australia Chardonnay

Elegant, savoury nose with ripe red citrus fruit character, lovely palate with spikey acidity and long bright aftertaste. Beautiful fruit and texture.
