Tasting: Languedoc

Deep young colour. Some perfumed notes on the nose. Some ripe spice on the palate; a balancing tannic streak – rounded fruit. A jolly nice drink with ageing potential.

Tasting: Languedoc

Saturated black-red. Savoury aromas; farmyardy and full. Rich,mouthcoating and tannic, with lots of wilderness in the flavours. Exuberant and long. Good wine, though the technically fastidious might object to the aromatic profile.
