Stephen Brook

Tasting: Crus Bourgeois 2010

Dense, oaky blackberry and black cherry nose. Rich, full-bodied, a touch hollow, but has ample fruit and some chocolaty tannins. A big wine but not ungainly, though it could use a tad more freshness and lift. Solid and has potential. Good length, chewy finish.

Ronan Sayburn MS

Tasting: Crus Bourgeois 2010

Nose little shy and closed, dark fruits and earthy gravel, clean acidity and pure fruit, solid palate and firm tannins.

Steven Spurrier

Tasting: Crus Bourgeois 2010

Good concentration of warm, autumnal berry fruits, same good concentration on the palate, ripe tannins to keep it and firm acidity that will blend in, quite rough at the moment, good long term.
