Tasting: Napa & Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon

Very ripe blackberry and blackcurrant nose, focused and quite lifted. Fairly rich but shows a light touch thanks to fresh acidity and the tannins are ripe and sleek. Concentrated but lifted, with a long if oaky finish. Stylish and balanced.

Yohann Jousselin MS

Tasting: Napa & Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon

The wine shows a very smoky and meaty nose. The tannins are very hard, alcohol too high. I did enjoy the mid-palate, but disliked the nose due to those smoky and burnt coffee beans aromas.

David Motion

Tasting: Napa & Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon

Modern, oaky, plush nose. Sweet, rich. Dominated by spicy oak at the moment. A classic example of a modern, extracted Cali Cab.
