Groth

Stephen Brook

Tasting: Napa & Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon

Sumptuous blackberry nose, lifted and fruity. Voluptuous, rounded, fleshy, very concentrated, which saves the palate from being too overwhelmed by the alcohol, which is just about integrated. This has depth as well as power, and the tannins are fine-grained. Good length

Yohann Jousselin MS

Tasting: Napa & Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon

Very big, showing a lot of cooked, red fruit aromas followed by notes of vanilla, liquorice and chocolate. The wine has great potential due to the acidity.

David Motion

Tasting: Napa & Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon

Oak dominates the nose. The quality of the fruit, hinted at by the silky mouthfeel, is unfortunately overshadowed by the oak.
