Stephen Brook

Tasting: Napa & Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon

Muted nose, a bit tarry. Broad, fleshy, full-bodied, highly concentrated, and very ripe – too ripe, as the alcohol is discernible and unbalances what would otherwise be an impressive wine. Quite good length.

Yohann Jousselin MS

Tasting: Napa & Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon

Very intense nose with notes of black cherries, followed by a hint of chocolate and coffee. The wine shows a great freshness through some note of eucalyptus. Great complexity and balance.

David Motion

Tasting: Napa & Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon

A high toned nose, touch herbal, touch medicinal. Impressive lush fruit, right until the alcohol mugs you.
