Tasting: Napa & Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon

Lush juicy blackberry and plum nose. Ripe and succulent, with plenty of upfront fruit. The tannins are ripe too and balanced by good acidity, though the alcohol seems quite high. Plenty of energy here, though it’s rather wild and unfocused. Good length, with a robust finish.

Yohann Jousselin MS

Tasting: Napa & Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon

Very ripe with a lot of cooked black fruits. The alcohol is not well controlled.

Tasting: Napa & Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon

Figs and plums. Sweet, dense fruit in mouth. High level of tannins. Needs food and time. Attractive
