Aromas of evolution in the nose, the mouth feel is balance but slightly plane, lacking of a deeper consistency of flavour.

Warm, ripe, hint of caramel. Good, bright, ‘busy’ fruit. Lots of spice and rich fruit on the mid, carries through to the finish, nicely balanced, good length.

Confit lemon and orange blossom aroma. Bold palate: rich with notes of ginger and cinnamon, lemon marmalade, bitter oranges. Finishes with a delicately chalky bite.
