Tasting: St. Emilion Grand Cru & Premier Grand Cru Classe
Both savoury and lightly herbaceous on the nose, which thus lacks some clarity. Medium-bodied, supple, concentrated, with ripe tannins but only moderate acidity. Sound and juicy but lacks flair and persistence, and there’s a hint of creosote on the oaky finish that is not attractive.

Tasting: St. Emilion Grand Cru & Premier Grand Cru Classe
Discreet and restrained on the nose, but pure and fresh. Lovely freshness on the palate. Very firm with a hint of limestone terroir. Tannins dry and firm on the finish.

Tasting: St. Emilion Grand Cru & Premier Grand Cru Classe
Fine, crushed berry fruits on the nose, very expressive and well-extracted. Rich and smooth on the palate with natural tannins to firm up the finish; an exuberant and well-structured wine.
