Tasting: St. Emilion Grand Cru & Premier Grand Cru Classe
Opulent savoury nose, leathery and a bit evolved. Rich, juicy, and voluptuous, with a velvety texture and enough acidity to give it some persistence. A relatively soft style that lacks a little verve, and it does seem forward for 2010, but there’s enough tannic grip to assure a future for the wine. Quite long.

Tasting: St. Emilion Grand Cru & Premier Grand Cru Classe
Liquorish and dark fruit notes on the nose. Generous, layered fruit on the palate. Powerful but well worked tannins. Glow of alcohol on the finish.

Tasting: St. Emilion Grand Cru & Premier Grand Cru Classe
Quite rich and concentrated fruit on the nose. Smooth and quite rich on the palate, acidity present showing a bit green still, but good sweetness on the middle palate.
