Tasting: St. Emilion Grand Cru & Premier Grand Cru Classe
Dense, leathery, meaty nose, charred oak. Very rich and dense, fiercely concentrated and high in alcohol, this is too much of a good thing: extracted tannins, mocha flavours from the oak, relatively low acidity, and a fiery finish.

Tasting: St. Emilion Grand Cru & Premier Grand Cru Classe
Dense, complex nose. Hint of spice, chocolate, liquorish and dark fruit. Palate rich and concentrated. Plenty of layered fruit. Powerful tannic frame. Long, firm finish.

Tasting: St. Emilion Grand Cru & Premier Grand Cru Classe
Deeply extracted, rich and slightly smoky nose. Big, broad and quite massive fruit and dense tannins are there as is the natural acidity, but it is a bit chocolaty and rich, and could have more vineyard precision.
