Tasting: Coonawarra & Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon

An aroma of entering the polo club. Restrained fruit, very prim and proper, delicate fruit but still a lovely intensity in the mouth. I like the clean acidity, fresh and vibrant. Not sure but may take a gamble and suggest a wine to invest but has it got the legs to age?

Deep. Plummy fruit on nose, clean, stylish, cinnamon spice. Restrained, elegant structure, European-like poise, excellent balance, firm structured finish, begging for food.

Fairly evolved in colour with minty and cherryish undertones, a slightly salty / savoury middle and firm rustic dry aftertaste.
