Tasting: St. Aubin 2011
Slightly dour quince and apricot nose. Rich, full-bodied, juicy, but a touchy heavy and lacking in flair. Solid but there’s little lift or excitement. Medium length, with some extract on the finish.

Tasting: St. Aubin 2011
More interesting, together nose, salty and mineral. Quite elegant and bright. Not a blockbuster but nice control.

Tasting: St. Aubin 2011
Fullish lemon yellow, rich and quite ripe summer fruits, quite citrusy, broad, oak still present and a little dominant and alcohol is a bit high.
