Tasting: St. Aubin 2011

 Reticent apple and apricot nose. Rich, plump, fleshy, giving it an obvious fruitiness but little complexity or minerality. But there is sufficient acidity to give some zest and persistence. Quite long.

 Quite salty nose, quite grown up approach, decent volume, some sappiness but should integrate nicely, some creaminess.

Fullish lemon yellow, rich yellow fruits on the nose and quite phenolic flavours, good structure, but lacks finesse.
