Tasting: St. Aubin 2011

 Charming nose, lime and a touch of tropical fruit. Quite rich, juicy without being heavy, this has a fine thread of acidity to give some elegance and structure. Silky, elegant, and quite long, though it doesn’t show much complexity.

 Seems a bit non-descript and short. Some citrus but lacks flesh and interest.

Lemon yellow, white and yellow fruits nose, good structure and minerality, good length, quite high acidity, but a well-structured wine.
