Tasting: St. Aubin 2011

 Delicate lime nose with some oak. Fresh attack but rather neutral, though there is some minerality. This doesn’t develop on the palate and is dull. Medium length.

Tasting: St. Aubin 2011

 Much more complex nose with good citric elements and minerality. Some nice dry extract. Nice and pure and fresh. Plenty to come.

Bright yellow green, fine white and yellow fruits nose, nice florality and depth, acidity still present but enough structure to absorb it, good long-term wine.
