Stephen Brook

Tasting: St. Aubin 2011

Lush apricot, apple, and mango nose. The attack is fresher than the nose suggests, and there’s abundant richness of fruit here. There’s a slight lack of acidity but it has other virtues, including a light mineral bite on the finish. Medium length.

Jason Haynes

Tasting: St. Aubin 2011

Much fleshier, sweeter fruit, still young as structure on the finish. Quite attractive though a bit broad.

Steven Spurrier

Tasting: St. Aubin 2011

Full lemon yellow, yellow fruits nose, oak still present and there is a sweetness/richness and lack of freshness that will lead to quick maturity.
