Tasting: St. Aubin 2011

 Bright citric nose, vibrant. Fine attack, fresh and lean, assertive and racy. The acidity is distinctly high, perhaps a touch too high, but there’s vigour and energy here. It lacks a little fat but has minerality and length.

 Just a hint of cheese on the nose, fairly straightforward in the mouth. Some volume. Not very mineral

 Bright lemon yellow, attractive floral nose, good acidity and length, just a little green, but good vivacity of fruit and good vineyard.
