Tasting: St. Aubin 2011

 There’s an evident oaky tang on the nose, and lime and mango aromas. Medium-bodied but sleek and stylish, with a silky texture and moderate concentration. There’s little depth here but it has poise and some elegance. Good length.

Bright lemon yellow, white and yellow flowers on the nose, still a bit tight and green, but has lift should evolve well.
