Tasting: St. Aubin 2011

 Spicy lime nose, with a touch of oak to add complexity. Supple, rounded, and juicy, but not too heavy. There’s a creamy texture, which is attractive, and an appealing upfront fruitiness, with some oak on the finish. Quite long.

 Nice mineral control, good balance and texture, still youthful, decent acid, quite savoury, attractive.

Fullish lemon yellow, floral yellow fruits nose, good lifted fruit and nice expression of St Aubin, fresh, floral and attractive.
