Firm bacony nose, quite evolved. Fairly rich, supple, quite concentrated, fresher than the nose, has some grip and character and a distinct chocolaty tone. Moderate acidity and length.

Ripe classic style, pencil lead and graphite aromas of new wood and gravelly blackfruits on nose, attractive aromas, quite forward leathery pencil shavings on palate, round and full.

Big meaty nose, lots of leathery blackcurranty fruit, the same blackcurrant fruits on the palate, plus tannins and a little roughness on the finish, but the sweetness of fruit will see it through.
