Plenty of developed, leesy notes on the nose and a good dose of ripe apple and stone fruit. fine, chewy texture that really emphasises Chardonnay. Supple, soft finish with some dairy notes.

Excellent persistent mousse. Pale lemon colour.Yellow plum and a touch of marzipan on the nose.Acidity is relatively low, for the UK, with an easy-drinking, ripe sweetness, without perhaps the complexity of some wines.An attractive easy-going style

Ripe, round and full – hallmarks of the 2009 vintage. Full on the palate with good mouth-filling fruit. Acid on the softer side, but balanced with fair dose of RS. Not for the very dry wine lover, but a very good all-round example of UK sparkling wine
