Andrew Jefford

Tasting: Tasmania & Victoria Pinot Noir

The third great Freycinet Pinot nose in a row: there seems to be something about the terroir here which sets Pinot up to deliver real aromatic complexity in the right hands. A rich spectrum of red fruits, with plenty of sobriety and bottom to them. On the palate, this is a slightly lighter and dryer style, but lovely poised Pinot nonetheless.

Roger Jones

Tasting: Tasmania & Victoria Pinot Noir

Juicy, ripe berries on the nose. Delicate flavours on the palate with lovely layers of clean fruit, love the savoury, classy finish, some gentle ched rhubarb coming through too.

Alessandro Marchesan

Tasting: Tasmania & Victoria Pinot Noir

Perfumed and elegant with raspberry notes and leafy, mineral notes. Round and with plenty of juicy, ripe fruit, marked but well-integrated oak on the palate. Long and intense aftertaste.
