Tasting: UK Sparkling

Surprisingly ripe apricot fruit on the nose with a sharp, slightly bitter note on the palate. Lovely fruit character on the nose but doesn’t quite live up to the promise on the palate.

Mousse noticably less persistant than others. Fresh mid-lemon. Ripe canned peach nose, with a hint of brioche.Nicely weighted palate, with fresh, citric acidity, and some creamy yeast characters. Ready for drinking now.

Good yeasty nose. Fair length and persistence. Acid slightly too dominant and good do with a touch more RS.
