Three Graces

Score

83
  • Drink: 2013 - 2016

Manufacturer:

Chapel Down

Richard Hemming

Tasting: UK Sparkling

Creamy, buttery and powerfully acidic – not quite in balance. Odd contrast of dairy smoothness and biting acid.

Justin Howard-Sneyd

Tasting: UK Sparkling

Deep yellow gold. Big, slightly cooked fruit nose – ripe strawberries. On the palate, this is a trifle short, and will merit drinking reasonably soon

Stephen Skelton

Tasting: UK Sparkling

Neutral on the nose, perhaps dulled by high dosage. On the palate, the fruit seems subdued and closed up behind a wall of dosage. There is probably an elegant wine in there waiting to get out!
