Tasting: Soave

Golden tinged straw yellow. Almond and caramel hints of the yellow fruit rich nose.then somewhat monolithic and chunky. Certainly big and fat but lacks charm, or depth.

Tasting: Soave

Bright yellow gold. Heavy, ripe and full with strong oak character. Big, ripe and full but rather flat. Dull.

Tasting: Soave

Creamy nose probably more dominated by oak than by fruit or grape character but clean and suggests a pleasing wine. Sound and well-made but for my taste too much oak and could be anything. No particular Soave character.
