Tasting: Soave

Very bright straw green. Clean fresh rich aromas of pear and apple. Bright and balanced on the palate with clean white and yellow stone fruit flavours lasting. Good wine with sneaky amounts of concentration.

Pale lemon straw. Fresh, intense and perfumed, nutty, some acetone. Round and ripe with fair freshness but acetone notes intrude. Sweet fruit flavours but little definition.

Fresh with a hint of acetone. Youthful and seems a simple style. Light, crisp, good acidity and freshness but lacks real personality. Light bitterness on the end. Not a wine to keep.
