Savoury and spice, fruity and dry, zing and zang, multiple flavours bouncing round the palate. Hints of very light cocoa butter. Really like this style, drink now if you decant it for long enough, but otherwise lock it away for five years.

Deep. Really fragrant, fresh nose, spicy quality. Full, chunky palate, real presence, robust yet ripe tannins, still youthful, intense rich finish which falls away surprisingly quickly. Bold upfront style.

Evolved in colour, rather attractive fragrant fruit quality; nice freshness to it, good cassis fruit quality with nice sub-threshhold spicy oak that rounds out any hard edges and juicy supple tannins supporting an accessible, food-friendly style with nice bright acidity.
