Biblia Chora, Ovilos, 2012

  • Grape Variety: Semillon, Assyrtiko
  • Drink: 2013 - 2020

Biblia Chora

Sarah Jane Evans MW

Tasting: Greek Assyrtiko

Savoury aromas with a hint of citrus. Assyrtiko acidity develops in the mouth, surrounded by citrusy richness of the Semillon. Interesting blend, not especially fruity but with a long finish.

Nico Manessis

Tasting: Greek Assyrtiko

Figs and wax. Expansive with tropical fruit on the toasty, rich mid-palate. Has ageing potential.

Igor Sotric

Tasting: Greek Assyrtiko

Intense nose of green and stone fruit. Lively acidity, citrus, apples and nectarines, with fresh herbal tones and decent length.
