Savoury, bottle-derived complexities are becoming apparent here. Developed and ready now, Oak is still dominant on the palate, and the fruit is drying a little, while the alcohol level jags through.

Minty and toasty, showing some elegant green hints of a cool climate. The acidity is not very well integrated in the wine, with citrus notes. Nice finish, clean and fruity.

Opulently aromatic, with ripe red berries and stone fruits, and a light overlay of fine oak. Modern, bold expression of Mencía, with almost exotic expression of red fruit, tempered by peppery oak and grip of tannin
