Distinct lift of Sauvignon Blanc on the nose, with a leafy, citrus edge. Palate begins with crisp acidity, then fleshes out. Finish is a little short; a straightforward wine for drinking young.

Fennel. Layered. Herbaceous. More of an aperitif wine than one to have with food. Shows how well Assyrtiko can blend with other grapes.

Sauvignon and Muscat tones, seems like Assyrtiko was bullied. Very floral and aromatic – tourist style.
