Stephen Brook

Tasting: Napa & Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon

Cherries on the nose. Rich, supple, full-bodied, plump and spicy, though rather low in acidity. Plenty of fruit here but could become fatiguing after a second glass. It has a light tannic structure but not much persistence or flair. Medium length.

Yohann Jousselin MS

Tasting: Napa & Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon

A very soft and rounded style of Cabernet. Plenty of elegance and made in a fruit-driven style.

David Motion

Tasting: Napa & Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon

Faint hint of cough sweet with pastilles in nose. Cooked fruit in middle.
