Tasting: Western Australia Chardonnay

Full pale yellow gold. Soft, sweet and open, with some cinnamon spice charm and a semolina-like thickness too. Long, vinous, sustained palate with plenty of citrus fruits. The acids come forward in the finish.

Delicate soft brioche nose, well textured layered wine with fruit evolving from each layer, lovely clean acidity, great freshness and soft delicate finish.

Elegant and intense with lovely ripe red citrus fruit notes. Grapefruit and mandarin on the palate with racy acidity and well integrated oak, clean long after taste.
