Tasting: Napa & Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon

Discreet blackberries and cream nose, with some stylish oak. Quite rich, supple, juicy, plenty of upfront fruit and good underlying tannins. Not much complexity here but no lack of ripe fruit and just enough acidity to give some persistence. Straightforward but balanced.

Tasting: Napa & Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon

A great, aromatic style with notes of fresh red fruits. The alcohol is very well controlled. The wine shows a great, long finish.

Extremely ripe nose, deep and rich with an almost southern Italian tinge. More Californian in mouth. Saturated, rich blue/black fruit.
