Jammy, oaky, lacking concentration; not quite ripe, with leafy fruit and green astringent tannins.

Restrained red fruit nose, yet vivid cherry compote, pomegranate and cigar smoke on palate, with long, nutty, earthy finish. Light and fresh, with fine grained tannins.

Deep colour. Intense cherry fruit, silky, oak-softened texture, fresh, but not aggressive acidity and layered with some savoury notes and delicate smoky bacon oak.
