Manufacturer:

Seresin

Peter McCombie MW

Tasting: Marlborough Pinot Noir

Shoe polish, oak, confirt strawberry, quite evolved; quite developed flavours but still alive, with fine tannins. Good.

Christine Parkinson

Tasting: Marlborough Pinot Noir

Ripe, rather confected black fruit on nose. Tobacco and sweetshop fruit on palate, plus lots of very spicy oak. All good characters, but nowhere near harmonious yet. Acidity still fresh and tannins grainy but supple. Long finish, just a little disjointed.

Joanna Simon

Tasting: Marlborough Pinot Noir

Pure, focused fruit on nose and palate, and still fresh, with creamy, spicy oak. Full-bodied, generous and expressive, but a little over-oaked and alcohol top-heavy.
