Tasting: Tasmania & Victoria Pinot Noir

Limpid clear red in colour. Dry, light, undemonstrative scents. The palate, too, is rather dry and short, though clean. Quaffable wine for quick drinking.

Lots of fruit and balance but I am not getting length on this, maybe it needs more time.

Perfumed with notes of lavender and thyme on the nose. Raspberries and strawberries on the palate. Medium long, juicy aftertaste.
