Burgundy 2000 – Côte Chalonnaise

In most regions, this is a white wine vintage. There are some first-rate reds in the Côte de Nuits, and the Mâconnais and Côte Chalonnaise, as usual, offer a mixture of the very dull and the very good, but the quality in Chablis seems consistently high.
