Customers enter this new world of Le Clos through the dramatic entrance, formed by a decommissioned ‘Whisky Still’ from one of Scotland’s finest distilleries, rising six metres above the Concourse level. Customers passing through the still are immediately faced with the impressive five metre high ‘Wall of Wine’.
Moving deeper into the store, new experiences and innovative services abound, including in-store wine tasting, personalised bottle engraving for a truly unique memento of Le Clos, and a ‘bottle your own whisky’ opportunity. Multimedia features such as the interactive whisky journey enhance the experience of customers, whatever their specialist passion and level of knowledge – finest Bordeaux or rare whisky expressions – complemented by specially commissioned educational films focusing on some of the key product ranges.
