Who can resist a glass of rosé when the weather is glorious? Languedoc is a good hunting ground too, as the wines don't carry the premium that anything labelled Provence will... This blend of Grenache, Syrah and Carignan isn't a shy and retiring style - those looking for super pale and super delicate may want to look elsewhere. But there's plenty here to please, with juicy red cherry, peach and strawberry fruit in abundance. Not the most complex wine you'll come across, but if you're just looking a rosé with some body to enjoy on a hot summer's day, who needs complexity?! This'll do the trick nicely.
