Crémant – regional French sparkling wine made by the Champagne method – is becoming increasingly fashionable, and the pink shade of this makes it even more 'of the moment'. It's a blend of 60% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir – so far, so Champagne – but with 20% Chenin Blanc added.
