This new listing from Bergerac in southwest France is exclusive to Waitrose, a blend of 86% Sauvignon Blanc with 14% Semillon, the grapes sourced from cool hillside plots with clay soils. It's modest in alcohol, and good value, as Bergerac blanc often is. Fresh and grassy with lime and lemon citrus zestiness, this is clean, crisp and green. Modest in alcohol too.
