History:
A gold medal winner at the 1867 Universal Exhibtion in Paris, Château Haut-Sarpe’s praises were actually being sung a century or so before that. Today, the estate is owned by Josepth Janoueix – he bought it in 1930 – yet the splendour of the château building and gardens is the work of Baron Henri du Foussat who owned Haute-Sarpe during the latter half of the 19th century.
