La Purisima, Monastrell 2015
Founded in 1946 by several farmers who created a small co-operative with the aim of improving the quality of the wine from the area. Today they make 60% of the Yecla wines with around 500 members. This fruit-driven style is fresh and packed with crunchy red and blackberry fruit characters. Lovely chewy texture with fresh and vibrant dark fruit and spice characters and a savoury finish, fabulous value for money.
