Drinking Window: 2017 - 2018
A herbaceous style of Sauvignon from the Leyda Valley, there are aromas of asparagus, cut grass and green pea. On the palate, green bell pepper, asparagus and gentle lemon notes are joined by a lovely zesty acidity. There's a hint of green apple on the finish.
